Breakfast Ideas For Kids

Most experts agree that breakfast is very important for school-age kids. Studies have shown that children who eat breakfast daily are less likely to miss class and score higher on math and reading tests. But mornings can also be a very hectic time and it's often hard to find time for breakfast. My 12-year-old son had a piece of cake this morning, in fact, as he rushed out the door on his way to school. So, from General Mills, here are some fast and easy breakfast ideas for your children.
