Too Old For Tick-or-Treat?

How old should kids be when they stop going out trick-or-treating on Halloween? Robin asked,

"My husband and I are having a little disagreement. He thinks this should be the last year for the twins to trick or treat (they are 11). I say let them at until they think they are too old.
So what are everyone else' ideas on it?"
