If you are looking for a quick, last-minute dessert, then Oregon Pistachio Nut Torte might be just right. This luscious, layered cake is made with pistachio nut pudding which gives it a green layer and is topped with Kool Whip. I'm going to serve this right after our traditional New England Boiled Corned Beef Dinner.
