Baking Soda and China

Kim sent this cleaning tip using baking soda:
"For stained tea and coffee cups or good china in general, make a thin paste from baking soda and cover the stain. Leave 5-10 minutes longer if badly stained and then wash in warm soapy water and dry as normal. Nice new china."
