My daughter just recently turned 13. I allow her to wear eyeshadow, eyeliner(mustn’t be too thick, or I make her take it off), mascara, lip gloss, foundation, and blush.

I am 12 years old and my mom lets me wear mascara, lipgloss, conceler if needed(not on whole face), foundation and eyeshadow, and she lets me wear a little bit of eyeliner but not a racoon looking style. Even though I dont nessicarely wear all that I just try to look normal. If she has a lighter complection go with the lighter pink on the eyes and if she has a dak complection let her wear a lighter brown. It will look adorable!
