Cool Whip "Cheater" Pies

Kim, one of our discussion forum members, shared these recipes for what she calls "Cheater Pies". These refrigerated pies use a store-bought pie crust and then either jello or pudding mixed with Cool Whip. These pies are a great, cool dessert for your family during the warm summer months.
