Recycling and Reusing Tips

Lately it seems like all of our monthly utility bills are going up. For instance, our cable bill just went up by $10 (U.S.) a month and our electricity company added an 8% surcharge to the bill to help defer the higher costs of oil. One way to stretch our monthly budget, though, is to reuse and recycle many items I would normally just throw away. Our readers have shared some of their favorite tips for saving money by recycling and reusing common household products.
