Lunch Ideas for Preschoolers

Now that my sons are all teenagers, our main problem with food is that they eat too much! But when my kids were younger, trying to come up with good and different ideas for lunch was always a challenge as it is for many parents. From our parenting questions and answers, Melinda asked, "Does anyone have any good ideas/recipes that are quick and easy for lunch? It's just my 19-month old, 6-year old, and myself. I rack my brain everyday to come up something good, and at least semi-nutritious. Both girls are not very picky eaters. I would appreciate any ideas." Read the advice from other parents.
