- 1 sm box of frozen broccoli or 1 "bunch" of fresh broccoli
- 1 lg. onion(diced)
- 1 stack of saltines(crushed)
- 3 tbsp. butter(melted)
- 1 egg(beaten)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup of instant rice(cooked)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 to 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese(I like sharp)
- Reserve 1/4 cup of that cheese
