Cajun Grilled Chicken

The chicken comes out so juicy and tender, and browns really well, too, with this recipe.

We injected two whole chickens with Cajun marinade (available here at Walmart). We used the Rosemary/Garlic flavored one. Then we tied the legs together with string, rubbed a bit of vegetable oil on them, and grilled for about 1 1/2 hours over a medium/low heat. Let stand for about 10 minutes before carving. - Barbara
