Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds chicken wings, disjointed and with tips removed
  • black pepper
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons oil
  • 2 Tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season the wings with pepper. Place in a large baking dish. Mix the other ingredients and pour over the chicken. Bake 45 minutes, until chicken is done and sauce is thick. - Kimmer
