Isolation, lack of adult contact, the often endless days with a fussy infant; these are some of the major issues facing stay-at-home parents.
In the past, we have discussed different online sources of support for parents, such as email mailing lists and bulletin boards. This week, I will introduce a new category of links to real-life support groups; these groups offer opportunities to meet other parents, provide playgroups for children, and generally offer at-home parents an opportunity to interact with other adults.
