President Bill Clinton's impeachment on Saturday, December 19, 1998, marks only the second time in the history of the United States that a President has been impeached. Andrew Johnson was impeached by Congress in 1868, although he was subsequently found not guilty by the Senate. As parents, we are often left with the responsibility to explain to our children what this means to the country, and to the rest of the world.
