BBQ Beef Kabobs
- Beef chunks, about 2 lbs (I used a chuck roast cut up, but you could use stew meat.)
- Boiling onions, peeled
- Whole mushrooms, stems removed
- Cherry tomatoes
- Zucchini, sliced into big pieces
Place on skewers, bbq on med. heat for about 20-25 minutes.
