This is a quick bread (no yeast needed) recipe for banana nut bread.

Ingredients:
- 1 stick of margarine
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 325.Grease and flour loaf pan.
Cream together margarine, sugar and eggs. Add bananas and vanilla extract; mix well.
Add remaining ingredients, beat all together well, pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour.
