This unusual pie calls for instant pudding, crushed pineapple and Kool Whip.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Graham Cracker pie Crust
  • 2 Boxes of Vanilla pudding (I use instant, you can cook if you want)
  • 1 small can of crushed pineapple
  • 1 8 ounce container of Cool Whip

PREPARATION:

Open can of pineapple, drain juice. Then put pineapple in a strainer and SQUEEZE out as much juice as you can. If you don't do this, the pudding will be slippery, and not jell right.

Make pudding according to package directions, and then add in pineapple. Stir until pineapple is mixed in well.

Add pudding mixture to pie crust and smooth it out.<p> Add Cool Whip on top. Add candy sprinkles on top of Cool Whip, if desired. - Larry
