Sandwich Maker Cornbread

The other night I made cornbread in the sandwich maker. I mixed up a box of Jiffy cornbread and spread a layer in the machine and added some shredded cheddar...another layer of batter and then I closed the lid and baked about 5-8 minutes. It was quicker and easier than heating my over and they were soooo good! I think adding a little canned corn would be good, too. - Joan
