Rigatoni Casserole
Cook up a bag of Rigatoni or use PenneLayer in an oiled or sprayed casserole dish:
- Pasta
- 8-10 oz frozen, chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 jar of sun-dried tomato alfredo sauce (by 5 Brothers I think)
- spread this over the pasta and veggies
- Cover with shredded mozzarella
Bake 30 minutes at 350 and let set for 15-20 minutes and serve. - Joan
