Sugar Cookies
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup butter/ margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
2. Separately mix dry ingredients together and then blend into the butter mixture.
3. Chill dough 2-3 hours.
4. Preheat oven 375 degrees (F). 5. Roll out dough about 1/4 inch and cut out.
6. Bake 7-8 minutes on lightly greased cookie sheet.
