Homemade Baby Wipes

I make my own baby wipes out of paper towels. You need to buy Bounty Big Roll and cut it in half. Then you get:

  • 1 #9 Rubbermaid container
  • 2 1/4 cups warm water
  • 2 tablespoons baby oil
  • 2 tablespoons baby wash
Mix water, oil and wash together in the container. Add the half roll of paper towel and let it soak; you will need to flip it once. Then, when it is thoroughly wet, pull out the cardboard center.

These are excellent for diaper changes and for cleaning of little hands. You save the other half of the roll for the next use. It is a lot cheaper to do this than to buy the store-bought wipes and it's better for the skin, too. - Submitted by Novella
