Make Clothes Larger

From About.com

Here are two simple tips to help extend the life of baby and toddler's clothing.

To make baby clothes (sleepers with attached feet) bigger, cut the feet off, and replace them with socks. This works really well. - Submitted by Katie

Here is another way to make baby clothes bigger, or longer, I should say. One way is, say you have a onesie or another piece of clothing that might have been stained in one area, you can cut strips off the damaged clothing and add snaps to it. Or you can buy fabric that is the same color and add snaps to it to make it an "extender". This works because the "extender" is not noticeable because it is between the children's legs. - Submitted by Susan
