My kids love getting their own "meal on a stick" with this recipe.

- Beef chunks, about 2 lbs (I used a chuck roast cut up, but you could use stew meat.)
- Boiling onions, peeled
- Whole mushrooms, stems removed
- Cherry tomatoes
- Zucchini, sliced into big pieces
Marinate the meat; I used Durkee Grill Creations, Italian Herb. It comes with a bag to marinate in, too. I added double the water it called for. Marinate for about 15-20 minutes. Add the vegetables, and gently turn over a few times to coat it all.
Place on skewers, grill on medium heat for about 20-25 minutes.
