Ingredients:
- Juice of 3 large oranges (approximately 1-1/2 cups)
- Juice of 2 large limes
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 plump garlic cloves, minced
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together. This is enough marinade for approximately 2 pounds of chicken or pork.I only soak the meat in the marinade for 1/2 hour at room temperature or about 2 hours in the refrigerator (whichever happens to work out time wise) or I find it to gets too tart for our taste. - Julie, forum member
