Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 beef bouillion cubes
- 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a small pan. Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and use as a sauce on any grilled meat.We added this on the last 15 minutes to cook; also I served it as a dipping sauce, but make sure you don't cross contaminate - pour off what you will use for basting and refrigerate the rest. - Marsha Sue, forum member
