Ingredients:
- 2-3 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/3 cup chili sauce
- 1 cup of your favorite bbq sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Brown meat and drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer. Stir occasionally 1 1/2 hours. Serve hot over buns.Also great for left overs. Take portion of meat needed for one burger, put it in a bowl, cover, microwave on high 50 seconds. - David
