This is a great way to use up any leftover steak you might have on hand. INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Heat oil in large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add sliced steak strips and sauté until hot, about 3 minutes. Add broccoli and mix. In a small bowl, stir together the gravy mix, water and pepper. Add to the broccoli and beef in the pan. Heat to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles, if desired. This makes 4 -5 large servings. More Recipe Collections |
