Chilitos are similar to burritos but they are grilled until crispy.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1-4 cloves garlic, chopped or garlic powder
- cumin and chili powder
- cheddar cheese
- flour tortillas
- 1 can tomato sauce
Preparation:
Brown together then add 1 can tomato sauce, salt and LOTS of cumin. You can also add chili powder to taste. Let simmer for a bit, then add chunks of chedder cheese and let them melt until the mixture is lighter in color (5-10 cubes, depending on size).
Fill flour tortillas with meat mixture, and fold over, then grill tortillas until crispy. - JulieAnn
