This ground beef stroganoff is flavored with V8.

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Ground Beef (I also use ground Turkey)
- 1 Large Onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1-32 ounce bottle of V8 or Tomato Juice (personally I prefer V8)
- 6 ounce Egg Noodles, uncooked
- 8 ounce Sour Cream or Plain Yogurt
Preparation:
Brown meat and onion together. Add Worcestershire and V8. Add egg noodles, and simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring periodically. At the last minute, add Sour Cream/Yogurt and mix thoroughly. - Jill
