Ingredients:
- Beef meatballs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 cup cream or half and half
- 4-6 green peppers
- Cooked potatoes or rice
Preparation:
Prepare and brown meatballs in shortening.Add about 2 tablespoons flour to the shortening you browned the meatballs in and slightly brown that. Add 1 can of beef broth and then add about 1 cup of cream( we use half and half). Cook until it thickens slightly, add salt and pepper. Add the meatballs back to the gravy and serve with potatoes or rice.- Marsha
