Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Beef meatballs
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 cup cream or half and half
  • 4-6 green peppers
  • Cooked potatoes or rice

Preparation:

Prepare and brown meatballs in shortening.

Add about 2 tablespoons flour to the shortening you browned the meatballs in and slightly brown that. Add 1 can of beef broth and then add about 1 cup of cream( we use half and half).
