Ingredients:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 cups crunchy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups cornflakes
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation:
Mix egg, water, 1 cup peanut butter and cake mix. Press evenly into ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake at 375 for 13-18 min until light golden brown. Cool slightly.In a medium saucepan melt 1 cup choc. chips; stir in 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1 1/2 cups slightly crushed cornflakes.
