Ingredients:
- 1 to 2 cans peaches
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup flour
- cinnamon, to taste
- nutmeg, to taste
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Take one can of peaches empty into a long baking pan; if it doesn't fill use two cans. Then take about 1/4 to 1/2 cup flour and sprinkle over the top of fruit and fruit juice then add your cinnamon and other spices that you like. Stir the peaches so spices and flour get mixed in then look in a cookbook for cobbler toppings. Put topping on and then bake in oven for about 30-40 minutes. Great served hot or cold.
