Ingredients:
- 3 cups pitted and ground cherries
- 1 box powdered pectin
- 5 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Water
Preparation:
Mix cherries and sugar and let stand for 20 minutes. Combine pectin and water and boil for l minute stirring constantly. Add pectin to cherries and sugar and stir for 2 minutes.Pour int freezer containers or canning jars leaving a half inch head room. Cover and refrigerate until set.
