Gooey Cheesecake Bars

This recipe starts with a cake mix and is topped with a cream cheese and powdered sugar mixture.

Cook Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

• 1 box of yellow cake mix
• 1 stick of butter (4 ounces)
• 1 egg
• 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese
• 1 stick butter, melted
• 2 eggs
• 1 box powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• optional : 1-cup of pecans(chopped)and/or 1-cup chocolate chips

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 3 ingredients together and pat into a 9x13-inch pan; set aside.
