Cornflake Peanut Butter Balls

By

Cornflake Peanut Butter Balls are no-bake cookies that are fun and easy to make.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 jar (18 oz ounce) peanut butter, crunchy or smooth
  • 6 cups corn flakes

Preparation:

Combine sugar and corn syrup in a pan, place over high heat until just to a boil. (only takes a minute) Remove from heat, stir in whole jar of peanut butter. Mix well. You can place back on heat for just a second to be able to mix the peanut butter better. Pour over corn flakes and mix well. (I had to dump the bowl out and kind of knead the whole thing, I just wet my hands to keep from sticking.) Wet hands to prevent sticking and roll into balls. Makes about 4-dozen 1-inch balls, you can make them any size you want though. I also think they would be good rolled in more crushed corn flakes after they're rolled up.

My husband and kids love these and they've very easy to make. Make sure to keep them in an airtight container or they'll dry out. Enjoy! - Paula, forum member
