Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg (might want to beat it a bit first)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- pinch of salt (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 26 graham crackers, broken up (NOT crushed)
- 1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts (could omit if allergic)
Preparation:
Melt first 4 ingredients in saucepan; stir until boiling. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.Remove from heat; stir in 1/4 teaspoon vanilla.
Put graham crackers, marshmallows and nuts into a large bowl, pour chocolate mixture over it, and mix well. Press into a greased 9x9 inch square pan. Let stand 1 hour Then melt 6 ounces chocolate chips and spread this over the top. Refrigerate until set; cut into tiny squares.
