Made with marshmallows and chow mein noodles, these snacks are fun for kids at Easter time.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 8 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 (6-ounce) package (4 cups) chow mein noodles
- Jelly beans
Preparation:
In 2-quart saucepan combine marshmallows and butter; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until melted (6 to 8 minutes). Stir in noodles until very well coated.With buttered fingers, press mixture on bottom and up sides of each cup of buttered 12-cup muffin pan. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm.
Remove from cups; fill with jelly beans.
Yield: 12 nests
