Thrift Store Halloween Costume

From , former About.com Guide

I remember as a child my parents making a Halloween costume by going to the thrift shops and just buying clothes. For example, one year I was a princess; we just got a fancy dress from the thrift shop and made a wand with a star and then with aluminum foil on it.
