This Tex-Mex recipe has ground beef, creamed corn and corn meal.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound hamburger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons fat
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 green pepper
- 1 cup cream corn
- 2 cup tomato sauce
- 2/3 cup corn meal
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 cup olives
Preparation:
Brown hamburger and garlic in fat, add onions and peppers. Cook until tender and brown. Add cream corn, tomato sauce, bring to boil. Add corn meal slowly, stirring constantly until thick. Add chili powder, salt and olives. Mix well and pour into greased pyrex dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour. - Nickie I.
