Tonight I fixed Mexican porkchops; so simple a child could fix them. Just take your porkchops and cover in your favorite salsa. I buy the very large size of the cheapest brand to make stuff in the slow cooker. Make sure the chops are covered and cook on high for about 3-4 hours or slow for 6 hours.
