Stain Remover

From About.com

Through the years, I have often worked as a waitress to supplement my family's income. I have had just about every type of food stain on my clothes that you can think of, and I have found that the best thing to get food out of clothes is electric dishwashing detergent. It works amazingly on whites, and it doesn't break the fibers down like bleach does. Just let the clothes soak in a sink with hot water and a tablespoon of the detergent, then wash as usual. It also works well on white, lacey delicate fabrics that have yellowed, or on synthetics that you can't bleach. - Submitted by Bonnie
