Made with cooked spaghetti and lots of cheese, this meatless main dish makes a nice change from the usual meal for your family.

Ingredients:
- Spaghetti noodles
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Mild Cheddar Cheese
- Large Can of Evaporated Milk
- 1 egg
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) of margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain and rinse. Put slices of margarine in the bottom of glass baking
bowl. Put layer of spaghetti and then layer of butter and layer of
cheese. I put 1 piece of sharp and 1 piece of mild all around the bowl.
Mix cream and egg in separate dish and add the salt and pepper to this mixture; pour over the spaghetti. Cook at 425 until brown on top. Don't forget to spray bowl with Pam so it won't stick. - Kim
