This meatloaf with vegetables is a meal in itself.

Cook Time: 1 hours, 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 pound ground beef
- 1 shredded carrot (if it's a small one, I use 2 carrots)
- parsley, to taste
- salt, pepper, to taste
- paprika, to taste
- fresh bread crumbs (2 slices)
- 1 egg
- a little bit of Worchestershire sauce
- some ketchup if it's on the dry side (maybe 2 tablespoons)
- beef bouillion (1 cube or 1 teaspoon)
- an onion, in rings on top
- Occasionally cheese
- Occasionally I chopped up a potato and throw that in with the meat
