Baby Back Ribs

These oven-baked ribs are so moist and tender.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 2 hours, 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Baby Back Ribs or Spare Ribs
  • Meat tenderizer (plain)
  • salt and pepper
  • BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation:

Lay meat on cookie sheet. Split ribs with a knife about halfway through the meat, between bones. Add meat tenderizer, salt and pepper and push tenderizer into meat using a fork. Add 1/2 cup water and cover with another cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hrs. Add BBQ sauce and bake for 1/2 hour uncovered. - Abby
