Ingredients:
- 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 2 tablespoons dehydrated onion flakes
- 1/3 cup bourbon
Preparation:
Mix all marinade ingredients in a big ziplock bag and add chicken. Marinate overnight. Pour contents of bag into a large baking pan and bake at 325, basting frequently for 1 1/2 hours or until well browned. Make sure that the chicken is in a single layer.I serve this with plain rice and steamed green cabbage to get that whole "mall" effect. - Julie
