Chicken Pasta Salad

This is a tasty, spicy variation of chicken salad.

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce, reduced sodium
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 3 cups (8 ounces) rotini, cooked, drained
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked, chopped
  • 1 cup red pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup pea pods, snow
  • 1/4 cup green onion, sliced

Preparation:
