This is a good and easy variation of the classic chicken cordon bleu.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 4 (or more) boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons white wine (I use apple juice)
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked ham
- 4 cups hot cooked egg noodles
Preparation:
Heat margarine in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.Add soup, water, wine, cheese and ham. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve with noodles. - Kim
