Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 -1 Chopped onion
- 1-2 Chopped green peppers
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 can tomato sauce
- Cooked macaroni (about 8 ounces dry)
- Shredded cheese
Preparation:
Brown ground beef; add chopped onions, green peppers, a can of tomato sauce, 1 can water, salt and pepper cook for about 15 minutes.Add cooked macaroni and shredded cheese. Serve with some salad or maybe some green beans and you have a quick dinner. - MarshaSue
