Boxed hashbrowns and ground beef are the key ingredients in this easy meal.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 box hashbrowns (shredded, the dehydrated type)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or whatever soup
  • 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
  • shredded cheese (I used colby)

PREPARATION:

Soak hasbrowns in hot water for 20 minutes; drain. Layer half of the potatoes in an 8 inch square baking dish. Add soup to ground beef, mix, then layer half of that on the potatoes. Repeat layers, top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
