Kielbasa, Sweet Potato, Cabbage Dinner

This is an easy, one-dish dinner recipe for your family.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Kielbasa
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Cabbage
  • Marjoram
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chicken Broth

PREPARATION:

Use Turkey Kielbasa. One pound cut in small pieces, dark sweet potaoes peeled (2 medium) cut in 1 inch chunks, cut cabbage in wedges, 1/2 red bell pepper cut in bite size strips, 1/2 teaspoon marjoram leaves, pinch of salt, pinch of pepper, 1/2 cup chicken broth. Put items together in large skillet. Sprinkle with the seasonings. Bring to boil then cover and cook 20 minutes stirring on occasion. - Redbird
