I've tried so many different recipes for Sloppy Joes, and this one is my favorite with a sweet and tangy flavor.

Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1-1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 2 or 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 can of water
- About 3 or 4 tablespoons ketchup
- About 2 or 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- About 2 or 3 tablespoons vinegar
Preparation:
Brown ground beef and celery. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, then simmer for about 10 minutes. (Add enough water to bring it to the thickness you want.) Serve on buns with sliced cheese, if desired.
